This prize draw (“Draw“) is promoted by Flat Pack Ninja (“we“, “us“, “our“), Flat Pack Ninja, of \Ingestre Road, London, NW5 (“Promoter“).
2.1 Entry into the Draw is open to anyone who signs up to the Flat Pack Ninja mailing list via the sign-up form at flatpackninja.com.
2.2 No purchase is necessary to enter or win. You do not need to book a service or make any purchase, affiliate or otherwise, to be entered into the Draw or to win.
2.3 One entry per person, per monthly Draw period, regardless of how many times you sign up or how many email addresses you use. Duplicate entries from the same individual will be removed.
2.4 By entering, you confirm that the information you provide (including your email address) is accurate and belongs to you.
2.5 Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Flat Pack Ninja are not eligible to enter.
3.1 A new Draw opens on the “1st” of each calendar month and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on the “last day” of that same month (“Entry Period“).
3.2 Anyone subscribed to the mailing list at any point during an Entry Period is automatically entered into that month’s Draw. You do not need to re-enter each month — remaining subscribed keeps you eligible for future Draws.
3.3 If you unsubscribe from the mailing list, you will be removed from future Draws but this will not affect eligibility for a Draw already entered prior to unsubscribing.
4.1 The prize is one (1) TV mount (wall bracket) and one (1) professional TV mounting service, carried out by a Flat Pack Ninja installer, up to a maximum value of £150] (“Prize“).
4.2 The Prize covers standard mounting on a suitable wall within our normal service areas (see Areas We Cover). It does not include:
4.3 The Prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and no cash alternative is offered, except at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
4.4 Only one Prize is awarded per Entry Period, to one winner.
5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the relevant Entry Period, within 5 working days of the Entry Period closing.
5.2 The winner will be notified by email to the address used to enter. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.
5.3 The Promoter may reasonably request proof of identity and UK residency before confirming the Prize.
5.4 By entering, you consent to your first name (or initials) being used publicly (e.g. on our website, social media, or in a future newsletter) to announce the winner, unless you notify us otherwise at the time of winning.
6.1 The Prize must be redeemed within 3 months of the winner being notified, by booking an appointment with Flat Pack Ninja, subject to availability.
6.2 Bookings are subject to our standard service terms and normal scheduling availability.
7.1 Information you provide when entering the Draw is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2 We will use your email address to notify you of the outcome of the Draw and, if you have opted in, to send you our regular mailing list content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms, cancel, or suspend the Draw at any time, for any reason, including if it becomes impossible to run the Draw as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control. Any changes will be posted on this page.
8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant reasonably suspected of fraudulent entry, abuse of the entry process, or a breach of these terms.
8.3 The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Draw, including winner selection, is final.
8.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Draw or acceptance/use of the Prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).
8.5 This Draw is not associated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party platform (including social media platforms) it may be promoted on.
8.6 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
